USED ON OUR TWIN LEADER.  CAN BE USED ON ORIGINAL NORTON TWIN LEADER IN REPLACEMENT FOR THE STANDARD PEENED OVER PIVOT PIN BUT YOU WOULD NEED TO DO SOME MACHINING ON THE OLD PIN IN ORDER TO REMOVE IT.
