THESE CABLES ARE UK MANUFACTURED BY CLARK'S OF NECHELLS, BIRMINGHAM.  AN OLD ENGLISH MANUFACTURER OF CONTROL CABLES.  THIS CABLE HAS A 20" INNER AND 17" OUTER. 
NO ADJUSTER.  PLEASE CHECK LENGTHS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR REQUIREMENTS. 
PROBABLY USED WITH HIGH BARS. 
LISTED AS FITTING ATLAS, N15CS, P11, P11A, 99SS, 650SS, G15CS ETC WITH WESTERN BARS.
