REAR BRAKE ARM RETURN SPRING, ARM POINTING DOWN

STAINLESS STEEL.  THIS SPRING IS USED PREDOMINANTLY ON PRE FEATHERBEDS.  IT RETURNS THE ARM ON THE BRAKE PLATE THAT POINTS DOWN.  ON EARLIER BIKES, PRE 1955 WITH THE ARM POINTING UP USE A2/470.  SOME EARLY FEATHERBEDS DO USE THIS TYPE OF SPRING.  THEY LOCATE ON THE BRAKE PLATE ON A SMALL PEG/PIN.  SPRING WAS REDESIGNED ON LATER BRAKES AND RELOCATED TO THE BRAKE PEDAL.  PART NUMBER 067757 OR 19929.
