FABRICATED HERE IN OUR WORKSHOPS, 100% STAINLESS STEEL, POLISHED.  
HOLES FOR HEADLAMP MOUNTING ARE 7/16".  
BORE FOR STANCHION TO SUIT STANDARD NORTON IS 34.5MM NOMINAL BUT THEY WOULD OPEN UP A LITTLE TO PERHAPS 35MM AND WITH A LITTLE CAREFULLY APPLIED INSULATING TAPE, FIT STANCHIONS PERHAPS UPTO 1MM SMALLER.
