EARLY COMMANDO TOP YOKE, 2 1/4" OFFSET, CAN ALSO BE USED ON FEATHERBEDS REQUIRING THE 7 3/8" STANCHION CENTRES.  (LATER COMMANDO HAS 2 13/16" OFFSET).  THREADED FOR 5/16" UNF HANDLEBAR CLAMP BOLTS (EARLIER YOKES USE 5/16" BSF)  EPOXY COATED BLACK (NOT PERFECT).
