FOR RIVETING OR WELDING TO A BRACKET OR PANEL SUCH THAT THE NUT IS CAPTIVE. ON A COMMANDO YOU CAN SEE THEM ON SOME COIL HOUSING BRACKET AND SOME GRAB RAILS. MATERIAL IS 304 STAINLESS, IT CAN BE RIVETED OR WELDED.
